Liturgy Committee

Join other people from all areas of parish life in planning, implementing and evaluation of liturgical activities. This group meets quarterly.

Lectors

Lectors are readers that have the blessing to proclaim Scripture in Mass. Lectors minister on a rotating schedule and need to arrive 15 minutes prior to mass. Initial training and on-going formation required. We ask that these ministers have the ability to speak clearly, confidently, and with understanding.

Sacristans

Sacristans are responsible for setting up for both the Liturgy of the Word and Liturgy of the Eucharist. This involves preparing the liturgical books, vessels, offertory, and incense when appropriate.

Sanctuary Society

The ladies of the Sanctuary Society are a very special group and are sometimes unnoticed even though their role is a very important one. They clean the sanctuary on a regular basis as well as clean and launder the altar linens. This is a prayerful ministry because it is a thankless ministry. Everyday our church looks beautiful and clean and we have them to thank!
